Esthetician
Objective:
The objective of the Esthetician's position is to provide outstanding spa treatments and services to our spa guests and retail our spa merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
*To provide professional, confidential service and treatments to our clients.
*To sell Spa products including merchandise and treatments.
*To assist with several functions throughout the Spa including reception, telephone, adminitration, merchandising including receiving, pricing, and stocking of product.
*To assist in stocking of supplies and linens
*To assist and monitor cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and reception.
*To control and monitor the use of all product.
*To control and monitor the use of all instruments and equipment.
*To report any malfunctioning equipment, shortage of product, instruments and supplies.
*To assist in the control of guest items including robes, sandals, food and beverage wares.
*To notify Ethos The Spa management of any client complaintor concern.
*To attent all Ethos The Spa staff meetings and training sessions.
*To provide a strong team spirit and positive morale, offer suggestions and ideas.
*Other duties as directed by the Ethos The Spa Director or Supervisors
Working Conditions:
*Weekend work is mandatory.
*Sitting
*Some lifting
*Some bending
*Full time 4-5 shifts/week
*Part time 2-3 shifts/week
*Shift length 7-10 hours
Social Environment
*Works with other industry professionals (estheticians, RMT's, reflexologists)
*Work with Ethos The Spa Supervisor, Coordinator and Manager.
